Immigration Attorney - Humanitarian & Family Law
A fast-growing immigration law practice, is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to manage our Family and Humanitarian teams.
This is a remote-based position, with a preference for candidates located in South Florida or Orlando . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, a passion for immigrant advocacy, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage family-based immigration petitions and humanitarian applications (e.g., asylum, U Visas, VAWA).
- Review and file a high number of cases each week, ensuring full compliance with immigration laws.
- Provide clear, compassionate legal advice to clients throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of Case Managers to ensure timely filings and successful outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in any U.S. state (no need for Florida bar admission).
- 2+ years of experience in family and / or humanitarian immigration law.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required.
- Proven experience managing a large caseload with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 2+ years of management experience is required.

- No court appearances required.
- Preference for candidates in South Florida or Orlando.
