Job Description : As a Translator at Snail Games USA, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between our CEO and stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
Your primary duties will include :
- Translating verbal communications during meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Providing written translations of documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensuring accurate cultural and contextual adaptation in translations.
- Assisting with language-related tasks as needed, such as proofreading and editing.
Requirements :
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in translating business communications, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity in translation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range : $50,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
