What you get to do every day

  • Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines
  • Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received
  • Log all customer payments to the correct reports
  • Guarantee the processing of payments
  • Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
  • Attend to inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
  • Act as liaison in maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
  • Oversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracy
  • Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
