What you get to do every day
- Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines
- Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received
- Log all customer payments to the correct reports
- Guarantee the processing of payments
- Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
- Attend to inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
- Act as liaison in maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
- Oversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracy
- Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
