Certified Personal Trainer

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER REQUIREMENTS

• Personal trainer certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA
• CPR / AED certification OR ability to obtain one
• Proven personal training experience with a track record of successful client outcomes
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a field like exercise science or kinesiology
• Experience working in a country club or high-end fitness environment
• Exercise certifications (i.e., yoga or strength training)
