Day in the Life : (includes, but is not limited to)
- Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
- Supervises with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over
- Demonstrates knowledge of core products, processes, and workstations; positively coaches Crew Members on such items
- Identifies and communicates appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Anticipates obstacles and takes action to prevent or minimize their impact
- Keeps all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same; follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Assist with checking cash drawers and preparing bank deposits
- Other related duties as assigned
What You Bring To The Table :
- At least one (1) year of store-level supervisor experience in food / hospitality preferred
- ServSave Certification a plus
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Able to appropriately handle confidential / sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to coach others
- Flexible schedule - available nights, holidays, and weekends with availability to open or close shifts
- Able to lift 50 lbs and can stand for prolonged periods of time
- Legal US work authorization
