Egon Zehnder International Inc. seeks a full-time New York Office Administrator and Administrative Liaison based in New York, NY.

Responsible for facilitating collaboration and cooperation between the Executive Assistants (EAs), Consultants and Researchers.

  • Requires 4 years of related experience as a Personal Assistant. Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following : (1) supporting marketing initiatives, proposal generation, candidate generation, candidate evaluation, and integration;
  • 2) managing timelines and ensuring that all information is captured adequately in the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
  • 3) producing high quality client and candidate deliverables, which involves using the highly confidential information provided by key clients about their companies and search criteria;

4) training and on-boarding new staff members of the staff by sharing processes, tools, and methods; and (5) handling confidential matters and following-through on time-sensitive projects to successful completion and client satisfaction.

Will supervise approximately 35 Executive Assistants. Salary : $181,064 to $190,000 / year. To apply, send resume to USHR@egonzehnder.
