Key Responsibilities :

• Execute multiple projects in the food and beverage sector simultaneously.
• Oversee site installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements.
• Develop and implement project plans, including work schedules and resource allocation.
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors for efficient and high-quality project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely material delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documenting progress, milestones, and scope changes.

Job Requirements :

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• 5 years of proven experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary stainless steel tubing, piping systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in construction or industrial settings.
• 40-60% travel anticipated; ability to self-direct workload and deliver high-quality work.
