Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, LR, Business, related field OR at least 4 years equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing HR and / or LR support to an organization
• Experience working in a union environment, negotiating, and resolving conflicts

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's and / or Master’s degree in HR, LR, business or related field
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices and requirements
• Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Operation or Distribution
• Organized, able to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Highly proficient analytical and project management skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR applications (e.g. Workday, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR / LR matters

Compensation

• The expected base compensation for this role is $83,800 $133,900 USD Annually.
• Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
• Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
