Overall responsibilities and duties :
Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of 7MSR (Safety Fundamental) and adhering to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
They manage production plans, financial targets, and the production team, ensuring staffing and maintaining a safe working environment.
They serve as an official plant representative to customers, implementing preventative measures and coordinating with the quality team.
They also participate in Production System Efficiency projects, coordinate resource planning, and maintain dashboards. They uphold internal compliance policies and ensure product conformity.

The main missions of the role are :
- Ensure proper implementation of 7MSR (Mandatory Safety Rules) in their area of responsibility.
- Acknowledge and agree to comply with the guidelines of Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management to ensure all actions are fully aligned to the guidelines.
- Follow production plans, as well as Group standard processes; assure feasibility of production plans.
- Achieve financial targets : prepare and present the UAP budget; manage the actual production costs based on "ideal" costs;
maintain product margin, and monitor serial productivity (labor level, material consumption, etc.).
- Manage the Production team : assure appropriate staffing, maintain working environment according to Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, detect and advise training needs, share information (transparency), participate in career management initiatives, etc.
- Serve as official plant representative to the customer : meet established customer specifications concerning cycle time, delivery, quality, quantity, and costs;
- implement preventative and corrective measures in the production process to assure that customer demands are properly met;
coordinate with the client's quality team to meet all customer standards.
- Implement action plans to improve functionality / productivity and to obtain program and Group objectives; make necessary corrective adjustments.
- Participate in the creation of Production System Efficiency (PSE) projects.
- Coordinate resource planning with the Industrial Engineering department concerning stocks, equipment, staffing, activities, etc.
- Maintain dashboard indicators / status reports to monitor lead time, supply chain targets, HSE performance, etc.
- Take leadership to uphold the commitment to CoE, CoM and other internal compliance policies in the responsible team and relevant business partners to ensure that it is distributed to all employees and that each employee adheres to it.
- Responsible for ensuring conformity to product requirements and corrective actions taken.
Qualifications :
Minimum education level : Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering with a specialization in Production.
Experience :
- At least 5 years of production experience and 3-5 years of team management experience.
- Operational knowledge of Production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, GPAO).
- Basic office software operation.
Skills & Competencies :
- Team player, proactive, positive attitude, good personality, and hands-on style.
- Mature, good interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing.
- Accountable and results-oriented with strong written and communication skills.
- International mindset and overseas experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
