Job Title : Accounting Specialist

Location : Hillsboro, OR

Job Details : Fully Onsite, Temp To Hire

Compensation : $27-$30 an hour DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join our client in Hillsboro, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3-year experience in accounts payable and possess strong Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups).

Responsibilities :

• Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
• Aid with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation / Benefits : $27-$30 an hour DOE
