LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team in Portland, Oregon, as an Accounting Specialist.
In this role, you will manage various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly. Below are more details.
In this role, you will :
Execute month-end close procedures efficiently and accurately
Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies
Monitor Accounts Payable aging reports to identify and address potential payment issues
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
To be a fit, you must have :
Experience in Manufacturing industry is required
Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes, including 3-way matching
Familiarity with Oracle software, recent experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
