Title : Change Management Analyst
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Location : Edmonton, AB (100% Remote with Occasional Office Visits)

Travel Note - It is anticipated the role will be 100% remote, however in the event of an onsite meeting.
Job Description :
Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagements and discussions to champion, coordinate and maintain awareness of H2 fuelling, H2 vehicle technology and H2 supply opportunities
Ride and Drive Program scheduling for H2 vehicle test drives, fuelling, driving to location, Q&A).
Support H2 vehicle pilot program development and implementation (+ any needed guides / training materials)
Pilot vehicle deployment and readiness : coordinate with Fleet Management Office.
Must have skills :
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience conducting change impact analysis : 2 years
Experience in a change management role - applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs : 2 years
Duration - Experience in preparing and delivering training to support organizational change and the introduction of new non IT technologies : 2 years
Change Management Professional TM (CCMPTM) certification : Yes / No
PROSCI or CCMP certification : Yes / No
Direct experience in change facilitation : 2 years
Experience defining and measuring success metrics and change progress : 2 years
Experience developing and implementing effective change plans : 2 years
Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans : 2 years
Experience leading change management and communication planning : 2 years
Experience with communications management, reporting, and change management.
