This position is responsible for taking the lead to facilitate closure to customer / dealer matters, which includes involvement and interaction with all levels of internal stakeholders using a professional concerned demeanor.
Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work a flexible shift Monday-Friday : am to : pm. This position within the Customer Service Call Center will handle incoming calls leveraging systems and internal and external stakeholders to answer questions.
You will be responsible for responding to a wide range of inquiries, making independent decisions, and collaborating with various departments within Company to resolve both routine and complex customer issues.
This position demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Company products and services.
