Part Time Dental Front Office Coordinator - $19 to $23 / hr
Our highly reviewed private practice is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our small but mighty team! We have been serving Skokie, IL and the surrounding areas for over 20 years!
We are conveniently located two blocks west of McCormick Boulevard in Skokie. We are just minutes outside of Chicago as well as the northern suburbs.
This is a part time position - hours are :
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 6PM
- Fridays 12PM to 6PM
- Occasional Saturdays
Duties for our Dental Front Office Coordinator include :
- Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
- Experience with Dentix is a huge plus
- Experience working front desk of a dental office is required
- Claims and billing experience is preferred but not required.
