As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospects, identify their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales agents to further discuss how our solutions can benefit them.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting : Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
  • Lead Qualification : Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and assess their potential fit for our solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our sales agents.
  • Script Adherence : Follow established call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a conversational and personalized approach.
  • CRM Management : Accurately record call details, updates, and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with sales agents and the marketing team to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Feedback Loop : Provide insights and feedback on prospect interactions to help refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirement

  • Experience : Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required. Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is a plus.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Resilience : Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Organization : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Team Player : Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
