The individualselected for this position will be responsible for the safeoperation of food manufacturing equipment, ensuring formulas areaccurate, and completion of necessary paperwork.
WhatYou'll be Doing :
- Operatingspecific equipment within a designatedarea.
- Meeting daily production goals andrequirements.
- Ensuring product quality andmaking adjustments to equipment asnecessary.
- Ensuring weights and formulas areaccurate.
- Proper completion of requiredpaperwork.
- Following GMP's, CCP's and QCP's atall times.
- Immediately reporting food safetyand / or maintenance concerns to appropriate teamleaders.
- Training and instructing other teammembers how to properly operateequipment.
- Adhering to all safe work practicesand rules.

WhatYou Bring with You(Qualifications) :
- HighSchool diploma or GED preferred..
- Must be ableto read and write English to an 8th gradelevel.
- Previous food manufacturing experiencepreferred.
- Must be detailoriented.
- Must be able to effectively work in ateam environment.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, multifaceted environment.
- Ability towork independently.
- Ability to work a flexibleoff-shift schedule.
- Must be able to lift up to50 lbs.
