We seek a Pediatrics Behavioral Health Clinician who will work in a pediatric primary care setting. S / he will provide behavioral health services to patients and families.
The clinician will also provide medical staff in the practice with consultative support, help coordinate behavioral health referrals and services outside the practice.
This candidate should be passionate about providing patient centered care and should be willing to make quality improvements to best service their pediatric patients.
Ideal candidates have experience as a pediatrics mental health therapist, licensed clinician, behavioral health therapist, clinical therapist, mental health clinician and / or licensed therapist.
The successful candidate will join our clinical provider team to deliver fully integrated behavioral health services to our patients.
The behavioral health clinician will :
- Deliver effective, evidence-based, interventions to help children and families achieve targeted behavioral goals
- Complete real-time, initial consultations, and scheduled follow-up care as needed
- Provide consultative support to primary care providers and clinical staff
- Assist in identifying patients at risk of developing health problems, and provide preventive interventions to address the needs of these populations
- Assist the primary care team in developing care management processes, such as the use of guidelines, disease management techniques, case management, and patient education, to improve patient self-management

Required and Preferred Experience :
- A Master’s Degree in a mental health field, from an accredited graduate program, and a license for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC) is required
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is highly desirable
- Experience with behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and brief, solution-focused interventions is highly desirable
- Experience in pediatric primary care or other pediatric medical setting is preferred
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Salary : $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours : 20 40 per week
