You will be at the forefront of conducting thorough and meticulous research, uncovering property deeds and other vital legal documents.
Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of our estate planning processes. Key responsibilities for this role encompass :
- Uncovering property deeds and significant legal documents through careful research.
- Collaborating with county offices, public record databases, and other valuable resources to gather essential information.
- Ensuring the authenticity and precision of retrieved documents.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex legal descriptions, encumbrances and other property-related details.
- Creating comprehensive reports summarizing research results, exclusively created for enhancing our estate planning services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records.
- Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
