AlphaGraphics Knox Street Park Cities North Dallas is seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our dynamic design team in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of design, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong time management skills.

The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for scheduling the design team, providing support to ensure high-quality work, and occasionally meeting with customers to discuss projects and provide creative guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the design team, including scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Provide hands-on design support, troubleshooting, and creative direction to the team as needed.
• Oversee production design projects to meet quality standards in a high-speed environment.
• Communicate directly with customers on an as-needed basis to understand their design needs and guide project execution.
• Ensure that all projects align with customer expectations, brand guidelines, and production capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with design trends and software developments to keep the team at the forefront of design and technology.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in design and production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external customers.
• Experience in scheduling, managing, and leading a design team.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Experience in print design or production design is highly preferred.
