Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to deliver and report on the go-to-market consumer marketing and partnership marketing plans
- Design assets such as on-site branding / signage, marketing / promotional collateral, and tournament guides
- Assist with updating and executing event-related digital platforms including websites, email communications, social media profiles, influencer programs and on-site engagement solutions
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on delivery and planning of event media buys with local partners and / or appointed agencies
- Actively support with social media strategy and execution for campaign lead-up, event week and partnership content
- Support the Marketing Manager with managing regular reports on ticket revenue driven targets, marketing activity performance and other strategic KPI’s for Event Directors and Event Teams
- Coordination with cross-functional groups, internal and external, including event operations, sponsorship sales, PR, digital, analytics, designers, ticketing software providers
- Monitor analytics, evaluate and optimize marketing and communications strategies and effectively communicate those results to event leaders and stakeholders
- Protect the brand and brand guidelines for each event, supporting brand enhancements and extensions where necessary
- Consumer feedback process including event questionnaires, analysis, and internal communication
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s) / unsocial hours / travel etc
- Extended hours during the production and delivery of each even
- Engagement with teams in multiple time zones
Key Results Areas
- Assist towards maximizing revenue to IMG Golf Events both at the individual and aggregate level
- Support building the prestige, profile, and sustainable brand equity of each event
Essential Job Knowledge and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing or Communications or related field preferred
- Experience working with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, or Canva)
- Proficiency with Mailchimp and Wordpress (or similar platforms) Understanding and working knowledge with social media tools and google analytics
Working Conditions
- Contract
- 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekend work & travel may be required for events in line with Golf portfolio
