Description :
Process and post daily cash, check and ACH payments for customer accounts. This includes over-the-counter sales transactions from the previous day, customer payments received in the mail and ACH payments deposited in the bank.
Reconcile daily batches to GL. Relieve receptionist while on lunch and breaks. Review and send out monthly statements. Interact with customers on account issues.
Mange collection of past due accounts. Contact customer as needed to ensure timely payments. Move slow paying customers through collection process until account is paid.
Requirements :
Need at least one year of AR experience, that includes electronic check deposits and applying customer payments on an ERP system.
Must be motivated to manage the collection procedures daily to contact slow paying customers. Must be able to meet AR turnover and past due metrics.
Will have a pleasant demeanor able to interact with customers in a calm and confident personality. Some receptionist experience will be helpful as well.
Need a high level of detail and be able to work independently to manage collections.
Compensation details : 20-20 Hourly Wage
