Korean / English Bilingual Electrical Field Support Engineer (34871)

An Industrial Automation Equipment Manufacturer in suburb Atlanta, GA is looking for a Korean / English Bilingual Electrical Field Support Engineer .

Responsibilities :

• Design custom automation systems for customer’s facility site utilizing CAD and automation system (Robotics, PLC etc.) to meet their request.
• Lead the project in engineering calculations, layout concepts, design development and implementation.
• Plan and design new conveyor system specification and support in modification to new model on existing systems.
• Create the project schedule and assign tasks to project team members.
• Work closely with Sales team for order specifications and visit project sites to perform a system startup, debug and testing to ensure successful operation.
• Participate in meetings with customers for drawing approval, project timeline briefing
• Work with customers’ engineering team and communicate under active cooperation regarding any updated in design, testing, implementation plans etc.

• Monitor project progress by cooperating with other operations departments and communicate for status update to avoid any delays or quality issues
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related field
• 1-5 years of automation systems experience at preferably manufacturing industries
• Internship / Co-op / engineer experience working with robotics or PLC system
• Mechanical system knowledge & understanding in material handling / production process
• Able to use CAD for mechanical and electrical drawings and PLC programming skill is REQUIRED
• Business-level proficiency of Korean and English language (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening)
• Must be able to travel out-of-states including annual holiday shutdowns
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Time Management, Responsible, Organized, and Goal Oriented
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• This position includes working in a manufacturing and / or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.

You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
