To provide Industrial (Occupational) Hygiene, Safety, Environmental, and Security assistance to site management in the prevention of occupational injuries (and illnesses) and emissions to the environment.
This position possesses many technical skills of Safety Specialists / Engineers, Environmental Specialists / Engineers and Industrial (Occupational) Hygienists.
This position has cost center budget / expense responsibility. This position reports directly to senior site management.
Assist in developing and implementing projects and procedures to improve overall EHS performance of the site and, department processes, and compliance to corporate, state, and federal requirements.
This position is a key member of the site leadership team. Location : Onsite Milwaukee Who You AreMinimum Qualifications : BS with 5 years of experience in Chemistry or Industrial Hygiene;
or BS in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or Health & Safety; or closely-related degree. Able to effectively Lead and Manage team of professionalsStrong communication skills and ability to influence others including leaders Preferred Qualifications : 5 years progressive Safety and / or Environmental and Regulatory Experience, preferably in a Chemical / Pharmaceutical manufacturing or processing environment.
