Job Description

Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring production goals are met.

Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance.

Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze production data to identify trends and implement necessary changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Manager should have :

Strong leadership skills with a background in manufacturing or production management.

Expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes within the business services industry.

Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in plant operations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
