Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and general maintenance practices.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our coffee shop, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventative maintenance on coffee machines, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
