Information Technology Specialist
Job description :
We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team to assist with a broad range of IT systems and user experiences.
You will be working with other staff members to manage and maintain our clients’ networks and computer systems. The work will consist of a combination of tickets / troubleshooting issues as well as project work such as building new networks and adding new capabilities to existing setups.
Most of the work will be at our office, however, some on-site visits to local clients will be necessary.
We’re an IT consulting company working with clients from many different industries. We have a collaborative and open work environment with a flat management structure.

This job is open to candidates with 2-4 years experience in IT support. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Self-manage your trouble tickets and ticket queue
- Ability to drive to client offices when needed
Skills required :
- Windows and Mac workstation troubleshooting
- Experience with Office 365 and / or Google Workspace / GSuite
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), patch management, Windows Active Directory, and group policy
- Resourcefulness, critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs (occasionally, we are required to install servers, desktops, etc).
Skills (not mandatory but a bonus) :
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems, firewalls) and data backup / recovery
- PowerShell knowledge
- Network hardware setup and maintenance
Experience / Education Requirements :
- 2-4 years’ experience in IT support
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $72,000.00+ per year salary (possibly higher, but it is dependent on skill set)
