Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in complex high-volume marketing operations team
- Advance admin understanding of Agile software (JIRA) to build complex dashboards and reports
- 5-7 years experience working across a variety of process working models and software development life cycles from traditional Waterfall to Agile and Scrum
- Experience in the following domains : web authoring, experimentation, marketing automation, marketing technology and ecommerce / GTM marketing for pricing
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning and deep learning technologies
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying data driven operating models that enable business agility with strategic impact
- Ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and business cases using PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s / University degrees, Master’s degree preferred, scrum master and / or system design certifications
- Demonstrated experience with Marketing tooling such as Workfront, Smartsheet for portfolio & project planning, tracking, and ensuring optimal delivery quality
- Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely very fast-paced environment, proactively drive cross-functional projects independently and build consensus without clear authority
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for Marketing Operations portfolio management (intake, scope, prioritization, triaging assignments, scheduling, problem solving, capacity planning)
- Apply analytical and critical thinking to create a holistic KPI dashboard tracking for operational excellence which includes central view of initiatives, cycle time, incident tracking and delivery.
- Strategic and operational mindset to develop and orchestrate end to end Agile operating models that link business and technology to deliver automation
- Lead the continuous improvement across people, process and technology to reduce manual work, increase delivery predictability, improve quality with workflow diagrams, measure and report on the operational health
- Passionate about resolving / clarifying issues that could impede execution of marketing campaigns
- Identify and influence a framework for infusing AI in marketing operations
- Leadership voice and excellent communicator : Guide both the team and leaders with broader stakeholders to ensure longer-term strategies meet near term deliverables while tracking ongoing and completed work for leadership reviews
- Technical and domain expertise : Quickly develop a deep awareness of our marketing technology platforms and initiatives end-to-end provide counsel related to technology
- Maintain a positive attitude, motivation, and commitment to drive results in a challenging, ever-changing environment
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $151,000 - 204,500, Southern California $144,500 - 195,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
