Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONDcode is seeking a design-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of internal software tools that will support our growing government advisory business.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating our consulting processes into easy to use tools for our internal teams.

You’ll work closely with our Client Success team to understand our consulting methodology and design software that facilitates consistent delivery practices.

Your software will enable teams to share information more efficiently, track client outcomes, and provide world-class services to our clients.

You’ll drive the product roadmap and work closely with our COO and CTO to ensure it aligns with product vision and business goals.

Salary range : $93,000-$126,000 plus bi-annual bonusesSecurity clearance eligibility required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProduct ManagementMaintain a 3-6 month product roadmapManage 1-2 software engineersMaintain a development backlog for asynchronous engineersSet and track metrics to validate the products usefulnessInstruct internal users how to integrate your software solutions into their workflowsAdapt to evolving business challenges and constantly seek out opportunities for software to enhance Dcode’s operationsUX / UI DesignCollaborate with teams across Dcode to understand our consulting processesDesign software tools and features to enhance service deliverySeek out opportunities where software can solve business challengesDesign software solutions that are intuitive and easy to useCreate low-fidelity designs (mock-ups, wireframes) to propose software solutions to management.

QualificationsKEY SKILLSYou’ll learn something new every day in this role. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have : 3 years of experience with UX / UI design.

Ideal candidates will have experience in new product development.Experience in government consulting / advisory servicesExperience designing software around servicesExposure to product management, software development, or user researchA keen ability to listen to software users and discern needsProven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA desire and ability to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, fast, challenging, results-driven, and fun!Ability to obtain U.
