The Operations Project Specialist will perform a variety of tasks in support of the Operations team. This may include light copyediting, presentation stylization, proofreading, content loading into identified systems, process documentation, quality assurance validation, running reports, categorization of data sets, and other similar types of project support tasks as needed.

This is a remote role, with occasional in-person meetings. Some travel may be required.Will serve various roles within the Operations team to ensure delivery of key work product across various internal and external client projectsBasic proofreading skills and an eagerness to learn light copyediting, presentation stylization, content loading into identified systems, process documentation, quality assurance validation, running reports, categorizing data sets, etc.

Ability to write and follow detailed instructionsAbility to coordinate work set forth in an Operations project planContribute to and implement process improvementsEnsure operations staff have access and resources necessary to complete their work (e.

Process oriented and results-driven work strategySolid technical, practical, and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google workspaces toolsAs required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $57,000-$78,000.

In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation : Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
