Job Title : Project Manager – Residential Remodeling

Pay : $50,000 + Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality craftsmanship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Lead with empathy and professionalism, creating a positive experience for clients and team members alike.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction and / or remodeling project management.
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Digitally competent , comfortable using project management software and communication tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills , with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Kind and exceptional people skills , fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Growth mindset , eager to learn and improve processes continuously.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
