Aspire Pest Solutions has an opening(s) for an Experienced Professional Technician or a Pest Control Technician in Training to support our Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Services.

This is a full-time opportunity with ongoing training provided that can start immediately.

Compensation : $24 - $34 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect premises regularly to identify areas where pest infestations are likely to occur.
  • Utilize pesticides and other treatments to eliminate pests and protect against future infestations.
  • Monitor related records and report any additional pest infestations or signs of activity.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports of treatments administered as required by the company.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and offering advice on pest management.

Qualifications :

A Qualified Technician / Trainee Will Possess :

  • 1-5 years of state-licensed experience (a trainee will have 1-3 years of similar experience and be willing to get state-licensed)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A track record of tackling and resolving challenging problems do you think outside the box?
  • Comfortable in working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces and attics
  • Enjoys working outside in all types of weather
  • Possess an independent strong work ethic
  • A team leader and works well with others
  • Clean driving record (must provide evidence)
  • Strong and physically able to manage demanding work
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Drug Free*
  • Must live within easy commuting distance of Maple Valley, WA
