Summary :
Looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable person to assume the role of an Inventory Coordinator M-F 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
What You'll Do :
- Inventory controls - Ensuring inventory pricing, part numbers and quantities are properly maintained through systems, applications and processes.
- Business Support - Providing cost-effective and beneficial support to the field operation through routine interaction, process adherence and strong communication.
- Fleet and Applications Support - Provide support to leadership and the field operation in the effective evaluation of vehicles, sales tools, operational tools and process.
- Create and place purchase orders with multiple vendors to ensure all inventory items are available for the technicians on a daily basis.
- Conducts quarterly inventory with operations staff and reconcile inventory count variances.
- Process returns of defective or overstocked items on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for pulling and staging job / service parts.
- Making sure that technicians have adequate stock on their truck on a weekly basis.
What You'll Need :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willing to learn Attitude
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word & Excel
- Data Entry & organization skills
- Industry experience preferred.
