An entrepreneurial couple seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate is thorough with a keen attention to detail.
Someone with a strong accounting / finance background who has experience as an analyst or in finance and accounting as an actual role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Acting as gatekeeper and liaison for principals
- Financial management, both personal and business with an analytical background
- Bookkeeping, bill pay and keeping track of expenses (must be familiar with QuickBooks)
- Updating and maintaining records of important contacts
- Has a strong accounting / finance background (Family office experience a plus)
- Overseeing the calendars and the household domestic team
- Vendor and contractor management (overseeing projects related to the residence)
- Organize an ever-changing business and social calendar and complex schedule
- Execute special requests and related duties as needed
Schedule : Monday Friday 9 AM 5 PM (Hybrid role flexibility to work out of the Office and / or residence in Los Angeles and occasionally the Malibu residence or remote).
Compensation : DOE

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years related experience supporting prominent individuals
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be very tech savvy
- Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
