Job Description :
$2,500.00 Signing Bonus!* Performance Nissan in Pompano Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
- Accurately document and diagnose customer concerns and relay them to our service technicians.
- Provide clear and concise service recommendations to customers, including explaining the benefits and necessity of repairs.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, ensuring they are informed of progress and any changes.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Up-sell additional services and repairs when appropriate, always prioritizing the customer's best interest.
- Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership (Nissan experience preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with dealership management systems and software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

EOE DFWP
$2,500.00 Signing bonus is paid out in 2 increments after applicant is hired : $1,250.00 after the first 90 days of employment and $1,250.
00 after the 180th day of employment. Must be employed at each interval in order to qualify for some / all of signing bonus payout.
