Labor & Employment Attorney (8+ Yrs of Exp)
Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment Attorney with 8+ years of experience in employment litigation as well as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context.

- Experience with drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, union negotiations, DFEH, EEOC and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice.
- Familiarity with public agency employers a plus.
Locations : Los Angeles or Irvine locations preferred, however, the attorney may be based in any of the following office locations : Southern CA : Indian Wells Irvine Los Angeles Ontario Riverside.
