Position Description
- Act as primary point of contact for the client during implementation process to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
- Creates and manages an implementation timeline including all tasks to be completed to ensure a successful client service transition.
- Drive relationship with and coordinates between clients and multiple ADP partners to manage overall client satisfaction as measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Facilitate Key Stakeholder meetings between client and ADP project teams.
- Manages changes in project scope, identifies potential risks, and creates plans to ensure milestones are being met.
- Analyze client business needs, confirm purchased products, and curate client-specific implementation journeys.
- Partner with Sales organization to ensure a successful client implementation experience.
- Provide client project status updates on progress of purchased product and / or service implementations.
- Oversee transition to service process to ensure that project remains on target across various internal groups.
- Responsible for ultimate closure of implementation project.
- Provide clients a general overview of the ADP Workforce Now and walk through basic features and functionality.
- Confirm and initiate billing process in accordance with project timelines.
