The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid, 10-week experiential learning program run by that offers meaningful work experience at non-profits all over the country tackling some of our nation’s most pressing .
Throughout your internship with a partner organization, Stand Together Fellowships hosts virtual professional development sessions every Thursday from 1-5 pm ET, wherein you will be mentored by seasoned professionals as you craft a capstone project on the topic that matters most to you.
Interns will receive either a $5,500 or $3,300 stipend from Stand Together Fellowships depending on whether they are participating full-time (40 hours / week) or part-time (28 hours / week).

This role is open to in person (Atlanta, GA) or remote work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and streamlining processes to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Provide vital administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, file organization, and document management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative operational initiatives aimed at optimizing organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify operational areas for improvement, offering insightful recommendations for enhancement.
Skills
- Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field degree desired, but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools
- Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset
