Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review, code and input invoices / check requests into A / P system.
- Ensure invoices follow A / P policy and procedures.
- Assist with processing weekly check runs.
- Communicate with vendors / purchasing to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile invoices to vendor statements and purchase orders.
- Assist in the month-end close.
- Perform vendor file maintenance.
- Assisting other team members when necessary.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail in data entry.
Education and Experience :
- Minimum : 2-4 years A / P related work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Experience working with multiple facilities is a plus.
- Experience with two and three way match.
