Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Review, code and input invoices / check requests into A / P system.
  • Ensure invoices follow A / P policy and procedures.
  • Assist with processing weekly check runs.
  • Communicate with vendors / purchasing to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile invoices to vendor statements and purchase orders.
  • Assist in the month-end close.
  • Perform vendor file maintenance.
  • Assisting other team members when necessary.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry.

Education and Experience :

  • Minimum : 2-4 years A / P related work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
  • Experience working with multiple facilities is a plus.
  • Experience with two and three way match.
