Responsibilities :
- Partner closely with the CEO and the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide insights that inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage executive-level meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
- Function as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Manage the Corporate Office with duties such as organizing filing systems, ordering office equipment and supplies, and planning corporate team activities.
- Represent the CEO and the company in external meetings, conferences, and other engagements as needed.
- Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
- Lead and coordinate special / strategic projects.
- Manage top-priority initiatives that require cross-disciplinary implementation, particularly across multiple brands and departments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Proven experience in management consulting or strategy.
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role.
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level capabilities in using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
