About the Role :

As an Activity Assistant at Columbine Commons, you will :

• Empower residents to find joy in life and build meaningful relationships by conducting and assisting with a variety of independent and team-based activities.
• Assist with activity planning and documentation.
• Transport residents to / from activities and ensure activity spaces are neat and clean.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :

• Previous experience as an Activity Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Minimum 17 years of age required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills :

• Empathy, compassion, and patience while working with residents of varying abilities.
• Creativity and adaptability while developing activities.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $16 / hr. DOE
