Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.

Location : Remote with United States; potential travel requirement to Miami or Colorado office HQ once per quarter

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze background check results for dental professionals
• Work closely with GoTu’s PEO to ensure compliance and support, as needed
• Review and respond to escalated dental professional issues ( sick time requests, fmla issues, unemployment coordination)
• Perform multi-state and general compliance research
• Review and analyze dental professional licenses, as needed
• Support additional legal department initiatives as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Key Competencies :

• 2-3+ yrs of high volume support experience, ideally with compliance research and customer service
• Paralegal or legal degree, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Organized self starter, empathetic and a strong team player with a bias for action and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficiency in using multiple databases
