Service Coordinator

Who You are : You have great communication and strong customer service skills. You are self-motivated and task oriented.

You work well with a team. You have excellent work ethic and leadership skills. What You will be responsible for : Schedule quoted work and request permits Dispatch technicians to service calls / quoted work, communicating with the customer and technician until the job is completed to satisfaction Work with other Dixie locations as needed to establish technician coverage Process work orders and update Service Titan accordingly Process timesheets and time-off request forms and assist with payroll issues Respond to and resolve customer issues Collect payments and process finance paperwork Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate deliveries Place orders and stock office supplies Complete other various duties assigned by management.

Must have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter Ability to prioritize, adapt, and remain calm in stressful situations.

Ability to pass a drug test and background check required. Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude always.
