Description :
As a Social and Influence Specialist, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of agency / client social media channels and maintaining projects in the on-air (radio, podcast, streaming) influencer program.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies and plans focusing on client objectives
- Create and publish relevant, high-quality content that showcases the client’s mission, values, and services while utilizing a variety of content types (inclusive of PR and blog posts)
- Monitor and engage with audiences throughout various social media platforms to maintain client customer service and encourage interaction
- Draft marketing plans to support product launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Provide research for media markets and outlets
- Review influencer content to ensure quality, adherence to brand standards, and legal compliance
- Provide coaching and direction on influencer content, including airchecks and social media posts
- Collect and organize metrics into reports on social media performance and media campaigns
Requirements :
- Proficient in Office 365 (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred)
- Familiarity with organic social platforms and influencer marketing
- Experience developing social media visuals using Canva, Adobe, or a similar tool
- Experience in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar social media scheduling tools.
- Experience in social media videography and postproduction, leveraging Canva, CapCut, or similar tool
- Knowledge of AI best practices and tools preferred
