Job Description :

The Production Support Associate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our production systems and providing technical assistance to our staff, Including supporting daily operations, assisting with the flow of parts and orders through production systems, providing production reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this position would be technically adept, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for solving challenges and ensuring the smooth operation of production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Completing daily operation tasks within the ERP System and WMS, which include the creation of items, customers, sale and return orders.

Other common tasks include reporting on order volumes, setting up pick tickets, Investigating and resolving system issues, printing labels for packaging, and monitoring and reporting on completion of production activities.

Reporting on orders unable to be fulfilled and managing order cancellations, shipment status and receipt of packages at client facilities, and usage of packaging and shipping supplies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement system enhancements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with staff regarding status, incident updates, and resolution timelines, ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Two + years' experience in production support or a related technical role.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.

Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of internal teams.

Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment, with a powerful sense of urgency and diligence.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to work with and meet deadlines.

Ability to learn and work with Warehouse Management System software.
