Accounts Receivable Clerk
Job Summary
To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities

- Contact clients to collect accounts receivables and follow up on delayed payments.
- Actively research and resolve payment discrepancies and overpayments made.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients as needed.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Q ualifications :
- Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software, Oracle E-Business Suite a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients.
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
Physical Demands :
- Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally walk, stand, balance, stoop, bend and kneel.
- Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 10 lbs.
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment :
Job function will be carried out in an office environment.
