Why You’ll Love Working Here Supportive leadership that values your input and gives you direct access to decision-makers Cross-functional collaboration you’ll work across teams, not in silos Career growth with a company that promotes from within Employee-first mindset in a family-owned, growing business Stability & legacy over 25 years strong and still expanding What You’ll Do Enter and maintain service tickets in Sage for accurate billing Manage weekly accounts receivable reviews, initiate collections, and build strong client relationships Support monthly billing by preparing requisitions and assisting Project Managers Track change orders, subcontractor / supplier activity, and lien waivers Generate and distribute POC and WIP reports to management and Project Managers Support Project Administrator tasks, manage submittals, RFIs, field notes, change orders, equipment logs, payments, and purchase orders What You Bring Strong grasp of basic accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is a plus Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Great communication and people skills Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Preferred but Not Required Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or accounting Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese Ready to join a team where your work supports big results?
