Responsibilities :
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a direct hire Director of Marketing in Las Vegas, NV. This Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the paid media strategy across top platforms, engaging email campaigns, and advanced programmatic advertising.
They will lead copy writers, media buyers, videographers, and other marketing professionals, including vendors. From a leadership perspective they will build and mentor the marketing team through KPIs and career path.
They will also align with all stakeholders in leadership to ensure all marketing efforts are collaborative with the other business functions.
As far as paid media strategies, emphasis is placed on leading high-converting funnels and successful campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on troubleshooting, strategy development, and KPI achievement.
Responsibilities also include developing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media strategies to meet business objectives efficiently, utilizing data analysis tools for performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making to enhance ROI.
The company performs professional development workshops for their customers, and this director will be expected to consult and education during round tables discussions.

Requirements :
- 10+ years in marketing, specifically Digital Marketing on social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, etc.)
- 3-5 years in a Marketing Director role
- Managing a minimum of $1M+ a month in marketing budgets
- Ability to lead and build a team from the ground up (hold teams accountable)
- Comes from a SAAS company doing a min of spend of $30M / yr
- Must have experience scaling a company in revenue growth through marketing (50 million to 150 million)
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools, as well as strong data analysis for decision making
- Comfortable with consulting customers during the company’s professional development workshops
- Open to working weekends when necessary

Salary Range : $190,000-$200,000
