Construction Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial construction.
- Manage multiple multifamily or hospitality projects $100M+.
- Work directly with project management teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction.
- Oversee project from bid to completion.
- Manage direct reports, field personnel and subcontractors.
- Work directly with clients and owners.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets.
Construction Project Executive Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Experience with Multi-Family or Hospitality Projects $100M+ - Concrete.
- Construction related degree is a plus.
- Stable work history.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
