Title Clerk

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking a Title Clerk to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : * Process the acquisition of titles from original owners* Make lien payoffs* Title transfers to the receiving dealership* Ensures accurate and timely titling / registrations of vehicles* Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System* Prepare tax and title documents* Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles* Check for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is completeWHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE : * Process all DMV paperwork required for RV Inventory* Knowledge of Verifi, Dealer Track and State DMV Partnering is preferred* Must have CVR knowledge* Good organizational skill* Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment* Ability to Multi-Task* Attention to detail* Prior DMV / Automotive experience preferredAPPLY WITH US!If you are ready for a rewarding career with competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities to excel and advance, consider joining the Blue Compass RV organization.
