Job DescriptionAs an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of IT project change initiatives by increasing adoption and usage.
You will provide leadership focus on various aspects of change, including people, business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structural changes.
In this role, you will partner with business functions to integrate organizational change management into projects, applying a structured approach and methodology for the people side of change.
You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted change management plans, conducting impact analyses, and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving organizational transformation, has excellent communication skills, and can navigate complex, global environments effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and execute OCM Approach and Strategy documents for IT projects- Identify and mitigate potential people-side risks and points of resistance- Create and implement communication plans, stakeholder management plans, and training plans- Lead change impact analyses and assess change readiness- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels- Conduct change readiness and post-change management assessments- Gain executive sponsorship and manage stakeholder engagement- Develop innovative approaches to drive communications and training content- Support the creation of reference guides, FAQs, videos, and other documentation- Utilize creative alternatives to traditional training methods, including e-learning and self-directed approaches Required Experience / Skills - 5-7 years of experience leading change, communication, and training efforts for global, complex technology implementations- Experience applying structured change management methodologies- Strong leadership and excellent active listening skills- Highly developed communication skills, including expertise in producing organization-wide communications- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases- Ability to work effectively at all levels across a global organization- Experience with organizational design and organizational effectiveness tasks- Prior consulting experience delivering projects in client-facing environments Nice-to-Haves - Experience with Design Thinking- Knowledge of Culture and Branding / Marketing- LaMarsh, Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management Certification EducationBachelor's Degree or higher in communications, training, organizational change management, or information systems;
